Ingredients of Besan Malai Burfi

  1. Take 2 cups of gram flour.
  2. You need 1 cup of fresh cream(malai).
  3. Make ready 3 tsp of ghee or oil.
  4. It’s 1 cup of sugar.
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  7. Make ready 8-10 of Chopped almonds.

Besan Malai Burfi instructions

  1. In a bowl take gram flour and fresh cream,mix it and by kneading it prepare a soft dough and keep it aside for 1 hour..
  2. Now heat ghee in a pan,add gram flour dough mixture and saute it until it comes in a crumbly texture and put off the mixture from the pan..
  3. Now take sugar and water in same pan and cook for 1 minute on high flame to dissolve the sugar and immediately add the gram flour mixture and stir constantly until it becomes like a dough..
  4. Add cardamom powder,mix nicely and switch off the flame..
  5. Transfer the mixture in a greased tray,spread evenly and garnish with the chopped almonds,slightly press the chopped almonds and allow it to set for at least 1 hour..
  6. Cut into pieces according to the choice and it's ready to serve..
