- Prepare 1/8 Cup of finely diced green bell pepper.

- Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk. Add the finely diced vegetables (bell peppers, spring onion, carrot and sausage)..
- Add salt, seasoning powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly. Heat up a non stick pan on medium low flame. Grease with oil and pour in the egg mix ( enough to completely coat the pan..
- Allow for about 2 minutes to set then use a spatula or chopstick to gradually fold the omelette from one end of the pan to the other. Once you fold to the end of the pan, bring the omelette back to the starting point and add another egg mix to repeat the process again..
