  3. Masala bhun jaey to dahi or crush / pisi hoe piyaz dal ke bhoon lein..
  4. Jab masala achi trha bhun jaey to gosht galny ke hisab sy pani dal ke gosht gala lein..
  5. Gosht gal jaey or oil uper a jaey to qorma tayar hy (note: haleem ke qormay ka gosht ziyada gala hua hona chahiey tak aram sy ghut jaey).

  7. Namak kam lgy to or Dal lein or mix krlen thora paka lein Lejiy haleem tayar hy..
  8. Uper sy piyaz ka bhagar karein Hara masala, lemon, chat masala, garam masala, tali hoe crispy piyaz ke sath serve karein..
