  1. Make ready 250 g of chicken.
  2. You need 1 of potato medium sized.
  3. Take 2 of tomatoes medium sized.
  4. You need 1/2 of part cauliflower.
  5. Prepare 2 of carrots.
  6. You need 1 of german cabbage.
  7. You need 4-5 of beans.
  8. Make ready 4-5 of spring onion/ onion leaves.
  9. Make ready 2-3 of onion medium sized.
  10. Prepare of small piece ginger.
  11. Prepare 1 of medium sized garlic.
  12. Take 5-6 of chilles.
  13. Prepare of coriander leaves(for garnish).
  14. Prepare of spices:.
  15. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  17. It’s 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  18. It’s 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  19. Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  20. It’s 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  21. Prepare 50 ml of oil (mustard/vegetable oil).

Chicken curry with winter veggies step by step

  1. Clean chicken. Wash vegetables & Cut into desired/preferable sizes..
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry for a few minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry till they turn into golden yellow..
  3. Now add chicken, fry for 2-3 minutes..
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well and fry for 15-20minutes in medium flame..
  5. When chicken starts leaving oil, add veggies step by step. Fry them for 10-15minutes..
  6. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder and black pepper powder, mix well & fry for 2-3minutes..
  7. Add chopped chillies and tomatoes, fry untill all tomatoes become soft..
  8. Add garam masala, fry for 2-3minutes. Add water in very small amount, let it evaporate till chicken become tender. If needed again add water..
  9. When chicken becomes soft add spring onions, fry for 4-5minutes. And its done!.
  10. Remove from the flame, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapatti/roti or rice..
