- It’s 1 cup of suji(semolina).
- Take 1 cup of curd (slaitli warm).
- Take 4 tsp of wheat flour.
- Take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
- You need 1/2 cup of water.
- You need as required of oil.

- Take a mixie jar put semolina, curd and wheat flour add water and grind..
- After 5 -10 mins put baking soda and one spoon of water and mix all properly..
- Grease tawa with little oil, now wipe with wet cloth, add a ladle of batter and allow to cook on medium flame..
- Your crispy rava dosa is ready..
