Peel/wash and Cut your onion into tiny pieces,grate your pepper and heat the pan with small amount of oil and add them oll together to fry,mash your sardine and put them inside with curry,thyme,all spices/seasoning and keep stirring it untill everything is well combine for like 5minutes,remove from the heat and keep it aside..
