- Take a bowl. Put the Suji, rice flour, whole wheat flour. Mix everything. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Ginger Chilli paste..
- Add water and prepare a batter. Rest it for 30 minutes..
- Brush oil in pan. Pour dosa batter with a ladle. Fry on medium-low flame..
- Flip once one side gets cooked..
- Transfer to a plate once both side gets cooked..
