- Take a mixing bowl add Finely chopped tomato, onion, cucumber..
- Now add Schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, salt as/ taste..
- Now add black chilli powder, pinch of chat masala, mixed herbs, oregano and give it a good mix..
- Now take microwave safe plate on which you want to bake the nachos, place one by one..
- Spread mixed vegetables on it..
- Now take grated mozerella cheese and spread evenly on the nachos..
- Sprinkle some more oregano, chilli flakes and bake it for 1-2 min or until the cheese melts..
