Ingredients of Cheese frittata

  1. It’s 4 of whole organic eggs.
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  3. You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
  4. Make ready 2 tsp of oregano.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley.
  6. It’s 2 tbsp of finely chopped onions.
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum.
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp of finely chopped tomatoes.
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp of grated raw potatoes.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of finely chopped yellow bellpepper.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of butter plus more for greasing the baking tray.
  12. You need 2 tbsp of bread crumbs.
  13. You need 3 tbsp of grated cheese of your choice.
  14. Make ready 2 tbsp of ketchup.
  15. Prepare of Salt as per taste.

Watch the frittata as it cooks.Slide the frittata out of the skillet and onto a cutting board.With a long serrated knife, slice it into wedges and serve warm with fresh fruit.NOTE: Use any ingredients you want!

Cheese frittata step by step

  1. In a pan take butter, add grated potatoes and saute them for 3-4 minutes, then add finely chopped onion and again cook it for another 3 minutes or till onions become translucent..
  2. Then add green & yellow bellpepper and again saute them for 2 minutes, then add finely chopped tomatoes and again cook everything nicely for another 5 minutes, finaly add salt, oregano and switch off the gas and keep this aside..
  3. Now take eggs in a mixing bowl, add salt, pepper, oregano & chill flakes and beat them for 5 minutes till they become a little fluffy..
  4. Then add the cooked veggies and give it a good mix..
  5. Now grease the baking tray, pour the egg mixture in the greased tray, sprinkle cheese over it, bread crumbs, ketchup and parsley and bake it in a preheated oven over 200°c in the lower rack both sides coil on for 18-20 minutes..
  6. Once the frittata leaves the edges of the baking tray it's cooked, remove it from the oven, cut and serve with a piece of toast..
