  1. In a pan add ghee and vermicillis fry for 2minutes.
  2. Then add milk and sugar cook for 5minutes.
  3. Now dissolve custard powder in half cup of milk.
  4. Add the dissolved custard in milk and cook until thickness.
  5. Now add khoya and mix well then turn off the flam.
  6. THEN COmpletely cool the mixture.
  7. Now for preparing topping in a pan add ghee and crushed vermicilli.
  8. Fry until golden.
  9. Then add sugar and cook for 2minutes.
  10. Then add chopped Almonds and chopped pistachios and cook for 2 minutes on medium flam.
  11. Now turn off the flame and add dry milk powder and mix well.
  12. Cool the topping.
  13. Now for assembling in a bowl add half topping on bottom then pour the sawiyaan or custard mixture.
  14. Then on the top cover with remaining topping.
  15. And decorate with Almonds and pistachios.
  16. Enjoy cool……
