- It’s 1 tablespoon of Tomato Sauce.
- Prepare to taste of Sugar.

- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ground Pepper.
- Make ready 1 packet of Brown onion soup.
- Make ready pinch of Salt.
- Prepare 1 cup of Water.
Fifi's Traditional Everyday Dish instructions
- For the Pap Boil water in a kettle, while placing the pot on hot stove. Pour water from kettle into the pot and bring it to boil. Using a pin slowly whisk a cup of maize meal in, whisk until it forms into a porridge. Leave it to pop for 10 min. Once smooth and settled, add another cup and a half of Maize meal and mix it together, continue to mix for a extra 3-4 minutes. Once mixed well. Reduce the temperature to let it steam for 15-20 min.
- In a separate bowl.. add the Pork Chops into a bowl mix in a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon on ground pepper, a teaspoon of steak and chops and a teaspoon of Rajah All-in-one. Add a table spoon of kikkoman soy sauce and a table spoon of olive oil. Mix all ingredients well till meat is tenderized. Add olive oil into a sauce pan, let it heat up for a while and slowly place each Pork chop into the pan, let each side fry for 10 minutes. Once ready place aside, cover it with tin foil to let it cool..
- For the gravy slice one onion, half green, yellow and red pepper, and add it into a heated pan with olive oil.Fry till it looks semi crispy, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add grated tomato into the pan, and let it continue to fry for another 2 minutes. Add a cup of water and include 1 tablespoon of mushroom spaghetti sauce, a tablespoon of tomato sauce, a teaspoon of steak and Chops spice and a teaspoon of Rajah all-in-one steer well and finally add Knorr Brown onion thick soup.
