Jave ki kheer Recipe. Jave ki Kheer is a traditional recipe of north India, mostly famous in the state of U. Seviyan Kheer also known as vermicelli pudding, sevai ki kheer or semiya kheer is a delicious Indian dessert made using vermicelli and milk.

Ingredients of Jave ki kheer

  1. You need 1 ltr of full cream milk.
  2. Take 1 cup of jave / vermicilli/sevaiyaan.
  3. It’s of Sugar as per taste.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Almonds thinnly chopped.
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp of Kaju chopped.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of Elaichi powder.
  7. Take 1 tsp of Khrbuje ke seeds roasted.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chironji roasted.
  9. Prepare of Saffron strands(optional).
  10. You need 2 tbsp of Ghee.
  11. Make ready of for making JAVE.
  12. Take 1 cup of wheat flour.
  13. You need of Little oil.

  1. To make jave seive wheat flour and take out the maida from it…. Now knead the wheat maida tighly kerp fr 15min…. Roll in hands ver thinnly and break in very small rhin pieces…leave them to dry in fan…vll take half an hour….once made in good qnantity u can keep in sun to dry nicely….and can store in fridge fr months….
  2. Now to make jave ki kheer roast the jave in ghee on low flame till they r golden brown….
  3. Add milk and cook fr 25min…keep on stirring in between….once it gets denser…add sugar according to ur taste and cook fr 5min coz addind sugar vll liquidy fy the kheer….once water is no.more in kheer. Add saffron added milk…which vll enhance the taste and colour…add some dry fruits…and off the flame…serve hot or chilled. Adding roasted chironji,khurbuje ke seeds,almonds,kajus kishmish,,,elaichi powder.
