Boil the chicken breast for 30 mins if thawed. Wait to cool down then shred chicken..
Heat up tortillas. Put shredded chicken in tortillas. Roll the tortilla and pin with toothpicks..
Heat up some oil in a pan. Enough to cover at least half of the tacos. Cook until browned..
Serve with lettuce, sour cream, queso cotija, and salsa. Enjoy 😁.
