- Take 1 cup of organic poha.
- Take 2 of tomatoes.
- It’s 2 of big size Onions.
- Make ready 2 of green chillies.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
- Make ready To taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare as needed of Oil.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Mustard seed for tempering.
- You need 1 of Lemon.
- You need of For Juice.
- You need 1/2 of Beetroot.
- Take 1 of whole tomato.
- Make ready 1 inch of Ginger.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 of Lemon.
- It’s to taste of Chaat masala/ cumin powder.
Tomato and Onion Poha with Energy booster Beetroot Tomato Ginger juice step by step
- Rinse poha in water to make it soften..can do the process in a strainer..
- Mix sugar, salt and haldi and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan..add mustard seeds..let it to crackle.
- Then add chopped onions..let it to change it's colour.
- Nxt add Green chillies and chopped tomatoes..cover the lid.
- When tomatoes and Onion mixed properly add poha into it and stir it as it ll mix with spices…
- Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- For Juice:- peel the skin of beetroot..wash and cut it into pieces, deseed tomatoes,cut into pieces,add ginger..blend it with adding a little water in a juicer..strain it into a glass.and add cumin powder or chaat masala, salt and lemon..
