Ingredients of Pipa Tofu
- Take 1 lb of Tofu,mashed.
- Make ready 1/2 lb of Shrimp, chopped coursely.
- Prepare 1/2 lb of Ground pork.
- You need 1 of Egg.
- You need 1/4 cup of All purpose flour.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Carrots, finely grated.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of Spring onions, chopped.
- You need 3 tbsp of Parsley or cilantro, chopped.

- Prepare 10 of Pcs soaked dried mushrooms, chopped.
- Take 1 of Soy sauce.
- Make ready 1 of Oyster sauce.
- Make ready 3/4 of Sugar and salt to taste.
- You need 2 tbsp of Corn starch.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Water, to dilute the cornstarch- use for thickening.
