Ingredients of Oil free Paneer Manchurian

  1. It’s 1 cup + 1/2 cup of grated cabbage + cabbage.

  1. Assemble all ingredients. Grate cabbage & cauliflower..
  2. Squeeze it's juice. Keep it aside. Add corn flour, bread crumb, 1 tbsp soya sauce, Ajinomoto, black pepper, half of garlic (crushed) and salt..
  3. Mix all properly. Make lemon size balls..
  4. Heat appa pan. Keep balls in each pit. Cook it on slow flame..
  5. Flip them and cook all sides until golden brown..
  6. Now cut rest of veggies..
  7. Add soya sauce, 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp corn flour in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside..
  8. Heat Kadhai. Add onion & crushed garlic. Saute until translucent..
