Pour the sardines mixture in a bowl then pour the scrambled eggs in it and mix, add in mayonnaise and ketchup and mix again until it's well combined..
Get 3 slices of bread, spread the mixture in each slice and cover with the other slice, making 3 layers. Then spread butter on the slices and cut diagonally, and heat on a pan, repeat process with the rest and enjoy!.
