- It’s 1/4 of small bag of salted peanut or cashew nuts.
- It’s 1-2 of Limes.
- It’s 1 tsp of brown sugar or palm sugar.
- It’s 2-3 of Thai Birdseye red chillies.
- Make ready 2-3 tbsp of fish sauce.
- Prepare 1-2 cloves of garlic.

- Use the vegetable crinkle peeler to peel carrot and papaya..
- Cut up French beans, tomatoes, lime juice, garlic and chilli.
- On medium heat, put peanuts or cashew nut on small pan to roast them for a few minutes.
- Pound garlic and chilli in pestle and mortar then add some beans, tomatoes, sauce base, lime juice and fish sauce.
