- Make ready 1 Cup of Whole Wheat Pasta.
- It’s 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
- It’s 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Take 1/2 of Lime juice.
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Oregano.
- You need 1 tbsp of Chilli Flakes.
- It’s 2 of medium sized tomatoes.
- You need 1 of spring onion.
- Prepare 1 of medium sized onion.
- It’s 1 of small cucumber.
- You need 50 gms of Paneer.
Italian Whole Wheat Pasta Salad step by step
- Boil whole wheat pasta for 5-10 minutes..
- When it is cooked strain it and put it under running water.keep the boiled pasta aside.
- Dice the onion,tomatoes,cucumber and paneer in small cubes..
- Take a bowl.Put extra virgin olive oil in it.Add Vinegar,oregano, sugar,salt and chilli flakes to it and mix well..
- To this mixture add all the diced veggies,paneer and pasta.Give it a nice toss and serve..
