  4. It’s piece of Adrak / ginger small.
  5. Take 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  6. Take To taste of Sendha namak.
  7. Take 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  8. It’s 1 of Badi elaichi / cardamom.
  9. Prepare 1 small cup of dahi / curd.
  10. It’s 2 tablespoons of ghee.

VRAT KI Dahi Paneer…! step by step

  1. Grind ginger, green chillies, tomato to make a puree.
  2. Add ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,sendha namak and after crackling add the puree…stir till it gets dry..
  3. Add dahi / curd in low flame and stir for 5 mins. And add paneer cubes.
  4. Finally Cook for 2 mins..
  5. Garnish with grated paneer.
