- Take 1 bowl of boiled vermicelli.
- Prepare 2 of medium sized chopped potato.
- Make ready 1 of medium sized chopped capsicum.
- You need 1 of medium sized finely chopped onion.
- Make ready 2 tsp of oil.
- Take 1 of green chilli.
- It’s 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of pasta masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Take To taste of salt.
Vegetable Vermicilli Upma instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli,chopped onion,capsicum,potato and salt and cook it on low flame by covering the lid for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add all dry spices,boiled vermicilli and mix it well altogether..
- Finally add lemon juice,mix it nicely and switch off the flame..
- Vegetable Vermicilli Upma is ready to serve hot..
