Ingredients of Stuffed Sardines

  1. It’s 4 - 5 of Sardines cleaned.
  2. It’s of bread A bowl full of crumbs.
  3. Make ready 2 - 3 tbsps of parsley finely chopped.

  5. It’s 5 - 6 of chilies green finely chopped.
  6. You need 2 tbsps of Black pepper powder.
  7. You need 2 tbsps of Parmesan cheese grated ( optional).

  10. You need of For the Marinate   (optional).
  11. Take 1 tbsp of Chilly powder.
  12. It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of pepper powder.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  15. Prepare of Salt.

Stuffed Sardines step by step

  1. Clean the sardines thoroughly. De-bone the sardines and make them flat..
  2. . Marinate them with the ingredients for marination and leave it for 10-15 minutes..
  3. . In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients well. (The right consistency is when you try making a ball with your hand it rolls and when you just give a little pressure and it breaks).
  4. . There are two ways in which you could do the frying. One option is to fill the stuffing to one of the flattened sardine and sandwich it with another sardine on top and fry them, or in one sardine alone, fill the stuffing on one side and close with the other side firmly and fry them. (The recipe called for the first method of frying, but I went in my own way of frying, which is the second method).
