- Cut the meat into bite-size pieces and put it into a bowl. Next, add in all the marinade ingredients and mix well..
- Divide Step 1 into 1-serving portions for a bento, and wrap in plastic wrap..
- Place them in a freezer bag and freeze..
- When using for a bento, thaw a plastic wrapped-portion in the microwave. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cook on medium heat..
- Pack them into your bento box. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top..
