  7. Take 1-2 of Hari mirchi(green chilli).
  8. Prepare 3 cups of Water.

  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp of haldi( Turmeric) powder.

  1. Chop all veggies, heat oil in a khadai, add onion, curry leaves, hari mirchi, saute for a minute.add carrot saute for asometime..
  2. Add chopped tomato, let it cook for 2minutes add all spices and saute well add water, let it boil for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves,Roast vermiciili and kept aside..
  3. After a boiling add vermicilli in a kadhai, mix well, and let it cook 5-7 minutes on medium flame, sprinke some coriander on top, if you like squueze some lime..and serve hot hot upma…
