Ingredients of Walnut Mousse

  1. You need 1 litres of Milk preferably low fat.
  2. Take 20 g of China Grass (Agar agar).
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp of Sugar.
  4. You need 3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder (dissolved in 2 tbsp milk).
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Coffee (dissolved in warm milk).
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp of Cream (preferably low fat fresh cream).
  7. It’s As per taste of Chocolate Vermicelli to garnish.

Walnut Mousse instructions

  1. Combine 1+1/2 cups water with China Grass & cook on a low flame till it dissolves complete. Keep aside..
  2. Strain this mixture through a muslin cloth and keep aside..
  3. Boil milk in the same pan and add China grass, sugar &cocoa powder. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously..
  4. Remove from heat, when cooled, add cream and mix proper..
  5. Divide the mixture in 4 equal parts& pour in 4 small bowls..
  6. Refrigerate for 4-6 hrs or till the mousse has set. Garnish with Chocolate Vermicelli. Serve Chilled..
