Ingredients of #CookpadApp,Rice competition Khichdi with curry keema & lawazmat

  1. You need of Mince 1/2 kg Oil.
  2. It’s of Ginger/garlic paste 2 tbsp. Laal pyaz 2 handsfull.
  3. It’s of Tomatoes 3 chopped. Red chilli powder 2 1/2 tsp.
  4. You need of Haldi half tsp. Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp.
  5. Prepare of Curry leaves. Salt as required. Chinese salt 1/2 tsp (optional).

  1. Method: Heat oil add ginger/garlic paste, other above masala, add tomatoes, laal pyaz and saute, add potatoes with water let it cook for few minutes then add keema and cook until oil comes on top..
  2. For Curry:

Yogurt 250 gram Curry leaves few Cumin 1 1/2 tsp (zeera) Besan 1 tbsp Coriander leaves Green chillies few

In juicer (food processor) add yogurt, green chillies, coriander leaves, besan, little bit water and grind it. In a pot heat oil add cumin, curry leaves then put yogurt mixture slowly and let it cook little bit if its too thick add water..

  1. Khichdi:

Rice 1 cup Moong daal 1/2 cup Water as required Salt 21/2 tsp Haldi half tsp Cinamon stick 1 Bay leaves 1 2 tbsp ghee

Soak rice and moong daal together for few hours or atleast half an hour then get water little bit top of the rice add haldi, salt, cinamon stick, bay leaves, ghee and cook it (dont drain water) just cook as a pilao style.
