Healthy Sprouts salad with low fat paneer dressing step by step
- Firstly chop all vegetables…and wash the socked sprouts..
- To prepare the dressing grind paneer, milk, green coriander, green chilli,few mint leaves..
- Grind the dressing ingredients to fine smooth creamy batter and add balck salt, crushed blackpepper and salt to taste..
- Now mix the sprouts, veggies and dressing all together…add lemon juice,can be adjusted according to taste..
- For further salad decorations roses are made out by rolling thin circled shape beetroot,turnip,cucucumber pieces..
- For apple swan cut the apple into half vertically. now at 1 side slice out apple piece by cutting at 90degree…rest refer the picture.for head, shape up the remaining apple piece..
