Ingredients of Salsa Sauce
- Make ready 1 of Red capsicum.
- Take 2 of tomatoes.
- Make ready 1/2 pc. of Onion.
- You need 1/4 cup of spring onion.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 4-5 of garlic cloves.
- Take 1 tbsp of Coriander stems.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Black pepper.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ketchup.
- It’s 1 tsp of Vinegar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Sugar(obt).
- Make ready 1 tbsp of Olive oil.
Salsa Sauce step by step
- Apply oil on capsicum,onion and tomatoes. And roast on a flame. Remove dark black roasted skin from capsicum onion and tomatoes and chop into pieces..
- Heat oil in a pan add crushed garlic chopped coriander stems chopped all veggies add salt and saute. Now add ketchup for tangy taste red chilli powder sugar (opt)crushed pepper vinegar mix well and cook 3-5 mins. Turn off flame. Let it cool. And churn coarsely for crunchy texture. Add spring onion mix well..
