These Lemon Cheesecakes have three layers.Each individual cheesecake starts with a Graham Cracker Crust.Beat the cream cheese until it is creamy and smooth (no lumps) and then add the sugar.Make sure you scrape down the bowl often to remove any lumps and beat the cheesecake.
