- Cut and wash Breadfruit. Cut, wash and boil salted fish for 10 mins..
- In a pan add oil and fry the fish. Take it out when golden brown. In the same pan fry onions, add curry leaves and all dry spices. Then add Breadfruit and some water. Let cook til soften. Add salt and fish. Add some water if dry and let cook for 10 mins in low heat… Finally add coriander and spring onion…..
- Serve hot with rice or chapati and some salad… Bon Appétit.
