Vegetarian satay Recipe. Vegetarian and vegan satay can be as delicious as regular satay, but there's a secret: a good marinade. The satay marinade for this dish has been handed down through my husband's family for generations, going all the way back to Thailand and northern Malaysia—you will definitely taste its authenticity!

Ingredients of Vegetarian satay

  1. You need 300 gr of plan flour.
  2. It’s 100 ml of sweet soy sauce.
  3. It’s 100 ml of coconut oil.
  4. Take of Peanut sauce.
  5. Prepare 100 gr of fried peanut.
  6. Take 2 pieces of hazelnut.
  7. Make ready Half of tea spoon salt.
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
  9. It’s Tea spoon of shrimp paste.

Grind the shallots and serai with little water in a blender to form a smooth paste.Add the paste and all other ingredients to the Quorn mince.You should get a nice mixture firm enough to be shaped into miniature balls.Leave the mixture in fridge overnight for the flavours to infuse through the mince.

Vegetarian satay step by step

  1. Wash wheat flour repeatedly, until it becomes gluten.
  2. Cut small cube and fried.
  3. Put it on a skewer.
  4. Process peanut sauce. Grinding all spices until paste..
  5. Mix with water,coconut oil and sweet soy. Marinated satay.
  6. Grilled marinated again and grill..
  7. Serve.
