  1. Prepare 50 gms of paneer.
  2. It’s 25 gms of cauliflower.
  3. You need 1 of Tomato peeled and grated.
  4. Make ready 2 of bread slices.
  5. Take 25 gms of par boiled green peas.
  6. Make ready of Salt as per taste.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Take 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  13. It’s of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
  14. Make ready of Ghee / coconut oil for frying.

  1. #2019 Mash Paneer. Add tomato, coriander leaves, par boiled peas crushed, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder & coriander powder. Add 1 tsp kitchen king masala (my fav ingredient). Mix well & make a smooth masala filling. Take bread slices preferably stocked in fridge & soak in water for 2 mins. Remove & press slice in between palms to drain water. Press lightly so slice Press lightly so slice doesn't break..
  2. Put filling in the centre of the slice & give conical shape in between palms like namaskar mudra. U can give any shape u like. Deep fry in hot ghee or coconut oil on medium & high flame adjusting temperature so that bread is crisp on outer covering. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney..
  3. Tip : If u take fresh bread then don't soak just dip in water & remove instantly..
  4. Tip : You can also bake or air fry with applying 2 tsp ghee or shallow fry in just minimum required quantity of ghee or coconut oil.
