  1. Take 400 grams of Beef Giblets.
  2. Take 1/2 of Cabbage.
  3. Prepare 1 bunch of Chinese chives.
  4. You need 5 of Super-cheap, store-bought gyoza.
  5. It’s 1 block of Tofu.
  6. You need 1500 ml of Water.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of granulated Konbu dashi stock.

  10. Take 1 tbsp of Sugar.
  11. Take 4 tbsp of Sake.

  14. You need 1 tbsp of Tempura crumbs.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of White sesame seeds.

Salty Motsu Hot Pot instructions

  1. Fill a pot with water and heat. Add the bonito soup stock and the chicken soup stock, then just dump in the sugar and sake..
  2. Then add the cheap store-bought gyoza. Increase to slightly high heat and boil, using a ladle to crush the gyoza. This will become the soup stock of this hot pot!!.
  3. Add plenty of black pepper, tempura crumbs, and white sesame seeds..
