  5. Prepare 3-4 of mushrooms sliced.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
  7. Take 2 tbsp of mirin sause.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of water.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
  10. Make ready 1 tsp of sugar.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of cooking sake (or white wine).
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of flour.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of white sesame seed.
  14. Prepare 1-2 of Frozen Japanese udon noodles (Highly recommended frozen one).

Beef Yaki Udon 🍻 step by step

  1. Slice veg (carrot, yellow pepper, onion and mushrooms).
  2. Tenderize steak and slice then dredge in flour.
  3. Stir fry beef quickly then remove to a plate.
  4. Stir fry veg (put some salt to draw out the water).
  5. Add soy & mirin sauces and stir fry for a few minutes, then returning beef to wok.
  6. Add Frozen udon & water and wait for a few minutes, then adding cooking wine to stir frying udon.
  7. Enjoy it with white sesame seed on the top & must taste it with a bottle of beer 🍻.
