- Prepare 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
- Take 2 tbsp of mirin sause.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of water.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cooking sake (or white wine).
- It’s 1 tbsp of flour.
- You need 1 tbsp of white sesame seed.
- Prepare 1-2 of Frozen Japanese udon noodles (Highly recommended frozen one).

Beef Yaki Udon 🍻 step by step
- Slice veg (carrot, yellow pepper, onion and mushrooms).
- Tenderize steak and slice then dredge in flour.
- Stir fry beef quickly then remove to a plate.
- Stir fry veg (put some salt to draw out the water).
- Add soy & mirin sauces and stir fry for a few minutes, then returning beef to wok.
- Add Frozen udon & water and wait for a few minutes, then adding cooking wine to stir frying udon.
- Enjoy it with white sesame seed on the top & must taste it with a bottle of beer 🍻.
