Ingredients of Paneer Hyderabadi

  1. Take 200 gms of Paneer-.
  2. Make ready 2 of Onions- medium.
  3. It’s 1 inch of Ginger-.
  4. It’s 6-7 pods of Garlic.
  5. Prepare 2 of Tomatoes- medium.
  6. Prepare 1 cup of Spinach leaves.
  7. It’s 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Dahi.
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of Cream.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Haldi.
  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  12. Take 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  13. Take 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
  14. Take 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
  15. Take 3 of Clove.
  16. You need 3 of Green cardamom.
  17. Take 1 inch of Cinnamon.
  18. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin.
  19. You need 1 of Green chilli.
  20. It’s 1/4 tsp of Sugar.
  21. You need 2, 1/2 tbsp of Oil.

Paneer Hyderabadi step by step

  1. Soak clean and chop spinach and coriander leaves.
  2. Clean and peel onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Clean and cube tomatoes.
  4. Beat Dahi up to smooth.
  5. Heat oil in a Kadai. In that add onions and saute.
  6. When onion is golden, add tomato, ginger and garlic and saute up to mushy.
  7. Then add chopped spinach and coriander leaves and saute up to dry.
  8. Let it cool down and make a smooth paste.
  9. In the same pan heat oil, add chopped green chilli to it and also add the grounded paste.
  10. Saute the masala up to dry.
  11. Now add all the spices to it except garam masala.
  12. Now add smoothed Dahi and saute.
  13. Then add cream and mix.
  14. Cut paneer in cubes.
  15. Add the paneer cubes to the gravy, also add garam masala.
  16. Cover and cook for mins. Serve hot with paratha or biryani.
