Cut up your chicken strips into chunks, add bbq sauce to strips and stir, add just enough bbq sauce to moisten strips……
In a bowl add in some prepared mashed potatoes……..
Next add into bowl on top of your mashed potatoes your bbq chicken chunks…….
Add some corn……..
