Ingredients of Paneer papad ki sabji

  1. It’s 100 gm of paneer.
  2. Take 2 of seke huye papad.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled corn.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of chopped adruk.
  5. It’s 1 of chopped onion.
  6. Make ready 1 of chopped tomato.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of rai.
  8. Take 1/2 tsp of jeera.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp of haldi.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of masked dahi at room temperature.
  12. Take 1/4 tsp of kashmiri mirch.
  13. Take 1/2 of coriander powder.
  14. It’s 2 tbsp of coriander leaves.
  15. It’s of salt as par taste.
  16. Take 2 tsp of oil.

Papad is a thin flat bread.When it is fried or roasted it becomes crunchy like wafers.They are made of different lentils.Perfect curry to make when you have no veggies left in your fridge :) All you need is tomatoes, yogurt and papad as main ingredients.

Paneer papad ki sabji step by step

  1. In kadai heat oil add rai and jeera and saute it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add onion. cook till soft. add haldi, kashmiri mirch, red chilli powder and coriander powder and saute for couple of minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes amd roast the masala till oil is separated.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and add paneer cubes and corn. cook for 2 minutes and add dahi. mix it well.
  5. Add chat masala and crush papad. mix well and cook till papad is soft.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy hot with any pranatha.
