  3. Break the eggs and beat, add the fried minced meat into the egg and beat again till the minced meat spread into the egg.
  4. Due to some conditions I used my non stick pan and bake not ovean. Grease the pan with vegetable oil,then pour in the mixture of the egg into the pan and spread the fried plantain into the mixture (you can design the plantain setting yo your wish) and then sprinkle the spring onions..
  5. Then in a very low heat put on the pan and cover. Then allow it to bake for like 15-20 minutes..
