- Kulit : Panaskan margarin sampai meleleh.
- Campurkan terigu, garam, margarin yg di lelehkan dan olive oil.
- Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
- Uleni hingga kalis.
- Isi : Potong bawang putih dan tumis hingga harum.
- Rebus telur dan sosis.
- Campurkan semua bahan isi dan aduk hingga rata.
- Membungkus : Bentuk bulat adonan dan pipihkan.
- Masukan isian bahan.
- Tutup hingga 1/2 lingkaran.
