  1. Take of Homemade Jelly:.
  2. You need of Agar agar (China grass) powder or 1 tsp gelatine.
  3. You need of Food colors (of your choice).
  4. Prepare of Sugar.
  5. It’s of Water.
  6. Prepare of Rose essence or Fruit essence.
  7. You need of Pudding:.
  8. It’s of Milk.
  9. Prepare of Evaporated Milk.
  10. It’s of Nestle Cream.
  11. It’s of Agar agar powder or Gelatine.
  12. It’s of Vanilla essence.
  13. Make ready of Condensed Milk.
  14. You need of Sugar.

Whosayna’s Mosaic Pudding instructions

  1. Jello: In a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder and mix well..
  2. Keep on boil, when it boils remove from flame add essence..
  3. On three to four small steel plates pour the mixture..
  4. Add different colors in each, mix well..
  5. Then let it cool down completely, cut in cubes, keep them aside..
  6. Pudding: Mix agar agar in little milk, put all ingredients on boil except essence and nestle cream..
  7. Let it boil remove from flame add essence and cream then beat well..
  8. Let it cool down a bit..
  9. In a pudding mould place jello cubes placing different colors..
  10. Slowly pour pudding mixture on it and let it cool down and set, can keep in fridge..
  11. Remove the pudding from the fridge, loosen the edges with knife, keep a platter on it and toss it upside down holding both together..
